Acceptance and Apple License Terms

By using the MyDara website or Dara Rates app, you agree to these terms. MyDara is operated by TheBixel Inc.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to the iOS app. These terms supplement it for MyDara services and Dara Pro. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Financial Information, Not Advice

Rates, charts, conversions, notifications, and other Dara Rates content are provided for general information only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, temporarily unavailable, or inaccurate. Verify prices and terms with an independent authoritative source or institution before trading or making a financial decision. You remain responsible for your decisions.

Eligibility and Purchase Authorization

You do not need a MyDara account to use Dara Rates core features. If you cannot legally accept these terms or authorize a purchase where you live, use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Apple manages purchase authorization, Ask to Buy, parental controls, and Apple Account authentication. An in-app purchase alone does not require a separate MyDara age gate.

Dara Pro and In-App Purchases

Dara Pro offers auto-renewable 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month memberships and a one-time, non-consumable Lifetime purchase. Each option removes ads while its entitlement is active, while all features currently available in the free version remain available without purchase.

Each membership automatically renews for its selected period at the full price displayed by StoreKit unless canceled through Apple before renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless Apple issues a refund or revokes the entitlement.

Apple manages changes between the 1-, 6-, and 12-month memberships and when a plan change takes effect. Manage Membership opens Apple's change and cancellation flow. Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel an active membership; to avoid overlapping charges, the app prevents a Lifetime purchase until the active membership ends.

StoreKit displays the localized price before you buy. Apple processes payment, applicable taxes, renewals, purchase history, and refund requests under Apple's payment and refund terms. Restore Purchases synchronizes eligible Apple Account entitlements on compatible devices.

Lifetime is a non-consumable entitlement with no recurring renewal. It does not guarantee that the app, compatible devices, market data, or online services will remain available forever or without change. Entitlements cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.

Acceptable Use

You may not use MyDara to violate law or others' rights, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass technical restrictions, perform abusive bulk automated extraction, resell data, or reverse engineer except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may restrict abusive or harmful access when reasonably needed to protect users, data providers, and the service.

Intellectual Property

The app, website, names, design, code, and original MyDara content are owned by TheBixel Inc. or its licensors. These terms provide a limited license for personal use and do not transfer ownership.

Third-party data, marks, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and Changes

Features, data sources, providers, supported devices, or the service may change, be suspended, or end for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent retention of a particular data source.

Where practical, we will provide proportionate notice of material changes that substantially affect Dara Pro.

Disclaimers and Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyDara and its data are provided as available without express warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheBixel Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by reliance on market data. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Privacy and Third-Party Services

The MyDara Privacy Policy explains our data practices. Your use of the App Store, StoreKit, Apple services, Google services, and other providers is also governed by their terms and policies.

Changes to These Terms and Contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the product, law, or business practices. The revised terms and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
